DESCRIPTION :

The Rama Dental College¸ Hospital & Research Centre¸ Kanpur¸ was established in 1996 under the aegis of the Royal Society of Educational Academy with Dr. B.S. Kushwah as its founder director. It was begun with the vision of providing quality education to aspiring students of dentistry¸ providing quality dental care to the people of the city of Kanpur and to serve as a model of quality dental and medical care and education not only in the State of Uttar Pradesh but throughout the Country. 
Keeping in mind the ambience needed for a learning center¸ the college is situated far away from the hustle and bustle of the city¸ but is well connected as it lies on the GT Road. It is surrounded by many prestigious institutions like the Kanpur University (which lies just across the road)¸ the IIT - Kanpur (just 3 Km. away)¸ National Sugar Institute¸ Pulse Research Institute¸ Chandrashekhar Azad Agricultural University¸ GSVM Govt. Medical College and Hospital and a lot of science and arts colleges. The area is surrounded by many schools some of which are of national repute.
