SLCHE was established in year 2008 at Geeta Colony¸ Delhi-31 under the aegis of Gagan Education Society Delhi¸ registered under the society act in year 1987 along with several other educational organizations in different parts of country like Siddhi Vinayak Group of Institutions at Alwar (Rajasthan) and DR Group of Institutions at Panipat (Haryana).
