was established as an apex body by a group of professionals with active support from industry and academicians with the twin objective of achieving managerial excellence and self operational control. The Institute is being managed and promoted by ?Society for the Study of Managerial Growth and Development?¸ (A Govt. of India registered society). IMDR is an autonomous organization dedicated to the cause of entrepreneur development and managerial excellence in the corporate sector. We are an organization having on its governing body and advisory panel the management experts from the industry as well as from the academics to pursue professional education in various streams of Management. The placement cell of IMDR having its link with the various business and industrial organization will help the enterprising professionals in getting suitable employment. 

The Institute is being jointly promoted by its two young and dynamic directors Mr. S.K.Jha and Mr. Rajesh Raina alongwith a host of other members of the team without whose hard work it would not have been possible for the Institute to reach the stage of glory where it exits today.
