It is headed by a spiritual saint Swami Vishvas Ji Maharaj. The unique feature of the Society is that Swami Vishvas Ji Maharaj has veto power to overrule any decision of the management.

The main purpose of the Society is to provide hign quality education to girls. It runs two institutions :
