DESCRIPTION :

Urumu Seshachalam Chettiar¸ the revered Founder of our College¸ is a noble man. He has bequeathed his property to poor children.

He started an orphanage for poor children and his service for the people is highly laudable. The orphanage was slowly developed into a Middle School which began to function from 1946. Later on¸ the Middle School grew into High School from 1951.
