It was an earnest desire of the Late revered Dr. W.R. Bowry¸ a visionary and philanthropist that an educational institution be started in order to impart school education to the students. It was in this direction that a trust in the style of Bowry Memorial Educational & Medical Trust was constituted to fulfill his keen desire and to perpetuate his scared memory. He had a great affection for the young ones and therefore yearned to found a school for the young children.
So the trust¸ in order to realize this great man's dream took up the gigantic task in its hands and founded an English Medium Public School named Innocent Hearts School in 1984. At that time¸ the school was housed in a few huts on its residential complex at 72¸ Shaheed Udham Singh Nagar¸ Jalandhar. Only four students trusted our capability and our sincerity and enrolled themselves as students. With the commitment of the teachers and the management¸ the school attracted a large number of students in due course of time. Soon the tiny sapling took the shape of a fruitful tree and more classes were added to the existing ones year after year. It was possible only because of the trust of the parents reposed in us. Today it is one of the established¸ known and prestigious school¸ which imparts education to the student up to XII level.
