DESCRIPTION :

The School of Computer Studies was established in 2000 by the Ahmedabad Education Trust to provide education to students seeking specialised programmes in information technology¸ creating a focused environment in which to achieve academic excellence and take the first steps to building rewarding careers.

The school¸ formerly known as the Ahmedabad Educational Trust Institute of Computer Studies¸ is is a constituent of Ahmedabad University¸ committed to providing a liberal education and rigorous interdisciplinary learning to all our students. Currently¸ we offer a post-graduate Master of Computer Applications programme and a five-year integrated MCA programme. Both feature contemporary¸ industry-oriented curricula and aim to prepare students for excellent professional careers in the IT industry. The curriculum offers major and minor specialisations that include mobile computing; data analytics and business intelligence; information security; web and enterprise application development¸ and database systems.
