Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Government Post Graduate College is affiliated to Kumaun University Nainital and is situated at Khatima¸ a tribal block of Udham Singh Nagar¸ in Uttarakhand. It lies on the important national highway which connects Barielly to Pithoragarh. Khatima has its border touching Uttar-Pradesh and Nepal. Being established in a border town the college caters to the need of large number of students coming from either side of the border .
