Raja Mahendra College of Engineering was sponsored in the year 2001 with the approval of AICTE¸ New Delhi¸ and Government of Andhra Pradesh by Raja Mahendra Educational Society under the Chairmanship of Dr. P. Mahender Reddy. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University¸ Hyderabad. The Institute is fully self financed and managed by dynamic members of the Society. Some of the achievements of our students include securing best university ranks¸ admission to IITs¸ foreign universities and placements in reputed companies : Infosys Technologies Limited¸ TCS¸ CTS¸ Mahindra Satyam¸ etc.
The College has vast premises in the campus of 25 acres in Ibrahimpatnam located at 20 km from the city of Hyderabad¸ on Nagarjuna Sagar Road Highway. Necessary infrastructure in the form of buildings¸ state of the art laboratories¸ computer centre¸ library and other facilities are built and developed to the extent required but also keeping future expansion of the Institution in view.
